Need a specific color, length, extension method or quantity that is not currently available on our website? We may be able to prepare a custom order based on availability.

Custom orders may include:

  • Special colors or color combinations

  • Extended lengths

  • Specific extension methods

  • Large quantities

  • Professional or salon bulk orders

  • Products not currently available in our regular inventory

How to Request a Custom Order

Our team will review your request and confirm availability, pricing and the estimated delivery timeframe.

Payment

Full payment is required to confirm all custom orders.

Your custom order will not enter processing until 100% of the payment has been received and the order details have been approved by the customer.

Processing Time

Custom orders require approximately 8–12 business days for processing.

Business days do not include Sundays or holidays. Processing time begins after full payment has been received and all order details have been confirmed.

Shipping or delivery time is separate from the 8–12-business-day processing period.

Changes and Cancellations

Please review the method, color, length, quantity and shipping information carefully before making payment.

Once full payment has been received and processing has begun, custom orders cannot be changed or canceled.

Returns and Exchanges

Custom orders are prepared specifically for the customer and are considered final sale. They are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds unless the customer receives an incorrect product or the hair has a verified quality defect covered by our Hair Quality Guarantee.

Differences caused by lighting, screen settings, photography or an incorrect color selection are not considered product defects.

Color Matching

For color-matching assistance, send clear photos of the client’s hair taken in natural daylight, without filters, flash or artificial lighting.

Our color recommendations are provided as professional guidance. Final approval of the selected color remains the customer’s responsibility.

Hair Quality Guarantee

Custom orders are covered by our Hair Quality Guarantee for verified manufacturing or hair-quality defects, subject to the terms and conditions of our guarantee policy.

The guarantee does not cover issues resulting from improper installation, bleaching, chemical processing, excessive heat, unsuitable products, incorrect maintenance or failure to follow our aftercare instructions.

Important Notice

By submitting full payment, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and approved all custom-order details, including the extension method, color, length, quantity, price and estimated processing time.
